Shipping Exclusions
Some orders do not qualify for our fast, free delivery due to the following special circumstances:

Standard Shipping Delivery Days
Standard ground times are between 3-5 business days (Please note additional shipping times will apply to orders destined to Hawaii, Alaska, and areas that require additional or special handling)
Expedited Shipments
Parttera offers fast, free ground shipping to all our customers. For expedited shipping, please call us before your order is placed.

Items Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered; however, you have not yet received your order, please contact customer support. We will do our best to help resolve this issue with you and as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
We carefully package each order to prevent damage, but accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Call us within 48 hours of receiving damaged, missing, or incorrect parts
2. Follow Parttera Return Policy for RMA form
3. Take a photo of damaged items
4. Prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup
If you receive the shipment and it is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and do not sign anything.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company.
Duties
Parttera will ship your product anywhere in North America; however, if a product is not manufactured in the country of purchase, it may result in a duty that will be paid directly to the shipping company.
